THINGS TO KNOW FOR EXPO 2025
Please note that each of our vendors is expected to comply with the following Expo policies:
1. NO “WILL CALL” SERVICES FOR VENDORS
Since Expo admission is free, there will be no need for you or your team to have tickets or vendor badges to enter into the tradeshow. Should you need to distribute credentials to any of your staff or volunteers who will be working at your booth, please make arrangements to do so prior to the event, as Expo staff will not be available to collect, hold and/or distribute these credentials for vendors.
2. MOVE IN ON TIME TO AVOID THE HASSLE!
Move-in day for all vendors is Friday, May 2, 2025, from 12 PM to 6 PM. You may also move in on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 8 AM to 9 AM using the BACK doors of Hall E. At the entrance, you will check in at the registration table and receive your exhibitor’s credentials.
If you arrive after 9 AM on Saturday, the back doors of Hall E will be officially closed, and you will need to enter through the front doors of Hall E to retrieve your exhibitor credentials and access your booth. Please save yourself time, energy, hassle, and a VERY long walk by ensuring that you arrive and complete your vendor check-in in a timely manner!
Tradeshow Hours for Attendees:
• Saturday, May 3: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday, May 4: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
3. NO TENTS, CANOPIES, WALLS, or COVERED STRUCTURES
Vendors are discouraged from having any structure in their booths with a roof, such as a tent, canopy or other covered structure (for fire hazard purposes). If you do choose to use such a structure, you will be subject to a $500 fine, which must be paid in advance of the Expo doors opening, or your booth will be shut down by the Fire Marshal.
Please also note that helium balloons are NOT allowed at the Expo tradeshow, and that you may NOT construct any wall or structure in your booth that will limit the visibility of neighboring booths.
